Iowa Food & Family Project

Our third quarterly sponsor is the Iowa Food & Family Project, a premiere project of the Iowa Soybean Association.

The Iowa Food & Family Project invites Iowans to explore how food is grown around the state and meet the farmers who make it happen; 24/7, 365 days a year. Their initiatives involve a collaborative network of nearly 35 food, farming and healthy living organizations who are proud of Iowa’s homegrown foods and hometown values. Their interactive programs involve a Table Talk Podcast, a two-day farm tour across the state called Expedition Farm County, Food U, and magazine and blog communications with members.

The Iowa Soybean Association will also be the host of our July Friday FYI: Messaging Across Borders, where Aaron Putze, APR, and director of external relations, will provide unique insights into the trade war, what’s at stake for Iowa and public relations communications lessons learned.

Join more than 75,000 fellow subscribers who receive the Iowa Food & Family Project’s monthly Fresh Pickings eNewsletter. Each edition is chock-full of tasty recipes, insights on agriculture, restaurant features and Iowa-inspired giveaways. Join here.

Thanks to the Iowa Food & Family Project as a sponsor of our chapter! And welcome to our central Iowa public relations community!
