Tara Deering-Hansen will discuss how companies can distinguish themselves in this tight job market by focusing on their other customer audience — their employees. She will spell out the PR strategies and tactics companies can take to elevate their employer brand, thus improving their employee recruitment and retention. Today's generation wants more than a paycheck. Millennials want to work for a company they believe in and that provides them with a sense of belonging and purpose.
