This issue of our newsletter is generously sponsored by Two Rivers Marketing.
As one of the nation’s leading integrated, business-to-business agencies, Two Rivers Marketing believes that the connection between brand relevance and sales revenue in B2B marketing is the 2 — a real relationship between a brand and its customers. Our more than 140 associates are fiercely proud to help our best-in-class, globally known clients in the construction, industrial manufacturing, energy, transportation, finance, and agriculture industries own the 2.
For me, the year seems to be cruising along.
I’ve found more pep in my step as the days warm. I hope that, like me, you’re coming out of the winter fog and into this season of new growth with more motivation and dedication. If you’re not there yet, maintain the faith that you will be, because it might not be the weather, but something will get you there.
We have a great program Friday to continue your professional growth, Better Together: How PR & DEI Converge to Strengthen Brand and Culture, sponsored by Two Rivers Marketing. I hope you’ll join us for the discussion.
It's National Ethics Awareness Month. Kathy Krafka-Harkema reminds us the PRSA Code of Ethics calls for us to protect and advance the free flow of accurate and truthful information, to aid in decision making. It also calls for us to be honest and accurate in all communications and to act promptly to correct erroneous communications for which we are responsible.
Lastly, it is also National Women’s History Month. According to Bureau of Labor Statistics data, 59.4 percent of public relations specialist positions were held by women in 2020. Women PR professionals are undoubtedly helping write history. Don’t forget to write a bit of it for yourself.
